BuddhaGang is an engaged Buddhist community and Dharma-study app. If something is not working, you have an account question, or you need help with community safety, contact us directly.

Email [email protected]. Include the device you use, the app version when you know it, and a short description of what happened. Do not email passwords, private chat content, or security codes.
Community safety
Posts, comments, profiles, and chat messages provide reporting or blocking actions after sign-in. If an in-app safety action is unavailable, email us with the subject “BuddhaGang safety support.”
Account and data help
You can request account deletion inside the app from Profile → Delete account and data. The public deletion page explains the complete process and what happens to account data.
Before contacting support
- Confirm that your device has a working internet connection.
- Close and reopen the app if a screen stopped responding.
- Check the App Store or the BuddhaGang Android download page for the current app version.
- For sign-in trouble, tell us which sign-in method you used without sending credentials.
